Complimentary infant and booster seats are available on request. You’ll also receive a confirmation voucher with your booking details and simple instructions for finding Desk 4 after Customs.

After clearing Customs in the Arrivals Hall, turn left and proceed to Desk 4. Our representative will verify your voucher, assist with bags, and escort you curbside to your private vehicle. If your flight arrives early/late, dispatch updates your pickup automatically. If you can’t locate Desk 4, follow the signs to the Tour Operator desks or use the contact details on your voucher for immediate assistance.

We monitor flights in real time and adjust pickup at no extra charge for typical delays. Brief convenience stops (ATM or a quick shop) are often possible when noted in advance—your driver will confirm feasibility based on traffic and scheduling.
